Robert Gereau (WashU Anesthesiology) along with Steve Mennerick (WashU Psychiatry) have a dual faculty recruitment visit where the candidates will present their work at the Anesthesiology Research Seminar (NOTE dates).

Meaghan Creed, HBSc, PhD – Department of Anesthesiology Recruit
Dr. Creed is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.  
Seminar Title:  "Optogenetically-Inspired Deep Brain Stimulation to Treat Addiction"

Alexxai (Lex) Kravitz, PhD – Department of Psychiatry Recruit
Dr. Kravits is an Investigator,  Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Obesity Branch at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK).
Seminar Title:  "Resolving Basal Ganglia Circuits to Understand Obesity"

Both Seminars will be held in the CSRB-NTA 401 Conference Room.
