“Theory and research on micro-aggression: A Open Discussion”

In this session Alan Lambert and Calvin Lai will open with short (~10 minute) presentations about the status of research.  They will consider (a) the positive as well as negative features of the research to date as well as (b) consider whether future research could be useful in order to address any gaps in our understanding of the concept and if so, what that research might look like.  The remainder of the session will be opened up for discussion.  Ian Dobbins will serve as moderator.
