“The Neurodevelopment of Irritability: A Multi-Modal Perspective.”
Dr. Perlman is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Her Laboratory for Child Brain Development seeks to understand the neural mechanisms for emotional and cognitive development in young children using multi-modal neuroimaging techniques. Current research focuses on neural mechanisms for the development of irritability in 3-10 year old children.
