Now Available: 4dfp Suite Documentation!
A work in progress for WashU Neuroimaging Community members
This website is intended to provide up-to-date documentation on Avi Snyder’s 4dfp suite of tools. Currently, it contains usage information for the tools, as well as explanations of the inputs, outputs, and processing steps for BOLD preprocessing scripts. It is a work in progress, with plans to add more worked examples and detailed documentation of additional scripts in the near future. In addition, we plan to pair it with a searchable community discussion site.

Protocol Development & Implementation Services for Investigator-Initiated Clinical Trials
Specialized expertise and trial implementation support to faculty who seek to conduct investigator-initiated, especially multi-center, investigator-initiated clinical trials
Consultations are free of charge to faculty who wish to take advantage of this unique service. In addition to providing focused guidance on study organization, regulatory pathway, budget development, sponsor interactions, recruitment strategies, this unit will offer, at a reasonable cost, full clinical trial coordination center services and help to execute trials in partnership with Department-based study teams and investigators.
