While many people are starting to feel that life is returning to something like normal, some people have experienced the COVID-19 pandemic as a traumatic stressor and are having lingering effects consistent with PTSD.
In this webinar, we will discuss how traumatic stressors differ from other types of stressors, common reactions to trauma that most everyone experiences, and consider who may be at increased risk of pandemic-associated PTSD. Symptoms and evidence-based treatment options will be discussed.
