Farsh Guilak and Matthew Silva, on behalf of the Washington University Musculoskeletal Research Center and the Center of Regenerative Medicine, are excited to host the second Musculoskeletal Regenerative Medicine and Biology Meeting, to be held at the Washington University Medical School campus, on May 5-6, 2022.
Scientific sessions will highlight the importance of adult stem and progenitor cells in regenerating musculoskeletal tissues. Themes include regeneration in the setting of injury and inflammation, and cell and biomaterials approaches for bone, cartilage and muscle regeneration. The program will also include a career development session for trainees and early stage investigators, with talks on funding mechanisms and how to effectively communicate your work.
