“Command line tips, office hours”


Supported by the ICTS Precision Health function, the Bioinformatics (BFX) workshop starts on September 12th. Come learn the fundamentals of computational genomics, engage in hands on examples to improve and expedite your research, use cloud computing, and expand your network of experts in this field. Open to all faculty, staff and students. Learn more.

In-person workshops occur Mondays at 10 am in the mid-campus center (MCC) 11th floor main conference room (room #11504). For those unable to attend in-person the content will be recorded and made available as a resource. 

This workshop is a collaborative effort between the Institute for Clinical and Translational Sciences (ICTS); McDonnell Genome Institute (MGI); Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology & Oncology and Department of Pediatrics with faculty, staff, and student representation and participation from many other Institutes, Departments, and Divisions at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
