“Managing Life in the Next Stage of the Pandemic: Cultivating Resilience for Transitions”

Hosted by the WashU Brown School of Social Work

Early in the pandemic, many people felt frozen in place, sheltering at home as much as possible. As safety restrictions loosen and individuals process the implications of vaccination, these positive changes introduce new uncertainties, which can create stress and anxiety. This lecture will discuss possible sources of stress associated with the current climate and specific resilience skills for enhancing positivity during times of transition.
