Hosted by the Charles F. and Joanne Knight Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (Knight ADRC).

On  behalf of the Washington University Knight Alzheimer Disease Research Center (ADRC), I am pleased to announce our 2023 Conference on “Enhancing Participation of Historically Minoritized Groups in Alzheimer Disease and Related Dementias Research”, which will be held October 3-4, 2023 at the Eric P. Newman Education Center here in St. Louis on our medical school campus.  The Conference will be preceded, beginning at 4 pm Central time, on October 2 by the 18th Annual Norman R. Seay Lecture, presented by Dr. Angela Hill, University of South Florida.  Information about the Seay Lecture and the Conference can be found here: https://knightadrc.wustl.edu/center-events/emp/, including options for both in-person and virtual attendance; a preliminary Conference agenda is attached.  Attendance at the Conference, which is funded by the National Institute on Aging (NIA) and the Alzheimer’s Association, is free but registration is required.  We are excited that the attendees will include many members of the St. Louis community as well as representatives from each of the 37 NIA-funded ADRCs across the country!  All members of the Knight ADRC Seminar List are invited to attend; please inform others who may be interested.
