Hosted by the Department of Genetics
Abstract: In this seminar, I will explore how integrating single-cell epigenome atlases with deep learning techniques enables us to delve deeper into the non-coding genome’s role in human health and disease. By combining high-resolution data with advanced computational models, we are beginning to unravel the complex regulatory networks that underlie genetic disorders, moving beyond the genetic code to a more comprehensive understanding of our genome.
