The Department of Biology has selected Manasvi Verma for this year’s Marion Smith Spector Prize in Biologypresented for her outstanding undergraduate thesis.  The Marion Smith Spector Prize in Biology was established in 1974 in memory of Marion Spector, A.B. 1938.  Ms. Spector studied zoology under Professor Viktor Hamburger and participated in his research in embryology.
